What a difference a few weeks make. So much has changed and continues to do so for all of us in the wake of coronavirus.

New behaviours have emerged, habits changed, and priorities shifted almost overnight with very little time to think or react. Now, more than ever, there is a need to make it easier for consumers, customers and employees to make better choices in uncertain times.

Taking a behavioural design approach – combining behavioural science, contextual insight and design thinking – gives companies and organisations a proven method to more effectively understand and influence behaviours at pace. Increasing your effectiveness and reducing waste at a time of limited resources and budgets.

Join our upcoming, digital Discovery Session where Benjamin Buckby will be sharing the very latest behavioural thinking, case studies, innovations and practices for how you can increase effectiveness and design research, communications, experiences, products and services proven to work with – not against – human nature.

About Benjamin
Benjamin has been working in the business of changing behaviour for over a decade – helping some of the biggest brands and companies to activate the latest behavioural science to increase their effectiveness across research and insight, marketing, UX/CX, product and service design. He is a proud winner of a Nudge Award (the world’s first behaviour change awards) and AURA Most Inspiring Agency Speaker Finalist.

Joining Benjamin will be Nakita Haland, Senior Behavioural Designer. Nakita has a wide range of experience leading digital, cultural and behavioural change projects for clients such as WWF International, Compass Group, SEGRO, Education Scotland, and Essex County Council.
