Between 40 – 80% of the actions we take every day are not conscious decisions, but habits. We each have our own personal auto-pilot which drives us to do the same things in the same places and at the same time, repeatedly and automatically. But habits are not just individual, there are also social habits; actions we all take to achieve social change.

In this session, we will share the very latest insights into how to form habits that stick, drawing on examples of interventions to illustrate the simple things you can do to change behaviours in the workplace, home and wider community.

Your Hosts

The session will be led by our Insight Director, Belinda Miller, who brings a wealth of experience of delivering insight led strategies to drive sustainable behaviour change. For over 25 years, her work has informed many award-winning interventions proven to measurably change behaviours for private, public and third sector organisations including Defra, NHS, WWF, over 50 local authority and health organisations together with many water & energy companies.

Joining Belinda, will be Andrew Drummond, one of our Behavioural Insight Leads who has an MSc in Behavioural Science for Management. During his time at Corporate Culture he’s helped in the creative and strategic delivery of projects for over 25 different organisations including British Red Cross, Compass Group and Network Rail.
